The Band was contacted by the America's Got talent Staff and asked to compete in the TV Show this year.
Thousands of contestants auditioned at the Dallas Convention Center where, after an all-day ordeal, the Band made the initial talent cut and advanced to the next step.
At the State Fair Music Center, we spent another long day before appearing before a live auidience of about 1500, and in front of the Show's Judges (Piers Morgan, Sharon Osborne, and Howie Mandel). The show was videotaped for later showing.
Unfortunatlely, there were audio problems and other factors which resulted in our being eliminated rather than advancing to the Las Vegas quarter finals.
It was an interesting, if gruelling, experience.
